This hands-on webinar, presented in partnership with Taylor Stepp from Strategic Development Partners, is built to change that. Instead of walking through program descriptions, we put you in the role of decision-maker, working through a structured case study to calculate the real cost of incentives using Ohio’s most common tools. You’ll move beyond theory and into application—quantifying tax abatements, credits, and gap-financing programs while seeing how variables like job creation, wages, capital investment, and timing materially change the outcome.
