Ohio's Rural Industrial Park Loan Program

The new Ohio Rural Industrial Park Loan program is scheduled to open for business on Monday, December 16, 2019.  With the cooperation of the Ohio Development Services Agency, OEDA will be conducting a free informational webinar on the program on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 10:30 - 11:15 a.m.

The RIPL program was reinstated and refunded in HB 166, the state budget bill, to help promote economic development in eligible rural areas by providing low-interest direct loans to assist eligible applicants in financing the development and improvement of industrial parks and related off-site public infrastructure improvements.

Eligible areas are defined in the legislation and are shown on this map.

The objectives of this webinar are:

• To provide an overview of the new RIPL program, requirements and eligibility,
• To provide an opportunity to get your questions answered during the application period.
• Help you prepare to apply for the program.
