Through this initiative, eligible Ohio employers in ten critical industry sectors can receive $15,000 per qualifying new hire who relocates from out of state into a full-time STEM or technical role, up to $225,000 per company. Funding is flexible and may be used at the employer’s discretion—from relocation support to recruitment and marketing.
