This webinar is designed to provide students with an in-depth review of key economic development programs and strategies related to electric utilities in Ohio.  Attendees will learn about the state’s market structure and specific incentives offered such as rate stabilization programs, green tariffs, relocation assistance, and others.  This webinar will also cover key tools and resources offered by electric utilities, including site selection and property search tools.  Attendees will hear exemplary, real-world case study examples of Ohio economic development projects and how practitioners utilized key incentives and technical expertise to provide electric services and complete a project.


This webinar qualifies as an OEDI Elective, 1 hour of continuing education credit for candidates pursuing the Ohio Certified Economic Development credential.
