Ohio Economic Development Association, with help from our sponsors and planning partners, is offering an introductory economic development training program designed for business leaders and elected or appointed officials in the Southeast Ohio region. Attendees will have the opportunity to design their own program by choosing two of four concurrent sessions focused on best practices in economic development, workforce, incentives, and project case studies. The program will close with a presentation from APEG on the success of the Community Economic Development Academy program. Economic development affects stakeholders throughout the community, so please join us to broaden your understanding of this specialized industry.
