ROI / Gap Analysis in Economic Development is key for elected officials, policy makers, economic developers, and taxpayers to understanding “How much is enough?” when offering incentives for projects. This session will provide a hands-on look at the practical tools for making decisions on incentives, financing, and investment for development projects.
