Discussion of the Ohio Development Services Agency Abandoned Gas Station Cleanup Program and how municipalities and land banks can utilize the grants to remediate and clear old gas station and auto repair facilities for redevelopment. The presentation will review the grant program, site requirements, end use limitations and the pros and cons of applicant selection and teaming. Examples of successful and unsuccessful grant applications will also be presented.
